Classic Mashed Potatoes!
Ancho Sweet Potato Mash

The classic Thanksgiving sweet potato served with sweet additions is delicious, but sweet potatoes are also excellent served as a savory dish!

Ancho Sweet Potato Mash
Za'atar Mashed Turnips

It is believed that turnips were served at the very first Thanksgiving! Their texture is not particularly creamy, so we often add a potato or two in with the turnips.

Mashed Cauliflower

Mashed cauliflower is a nice alternative to mashed potatoes. Cauliflower can seem bland, so be sure to season them well. We love them with extra garlic and plenty of salt and pepper.
