This three ingredient dessert starts with matcha powder and hot water.. The matcha powder is whisked with the hot water to create a smooth paste which is then poured over the ice cream. That’s it – super simple and super delicious!

Scoop the ice cream into a cup or bowl.
Whisk the matcha powder with a few tablespoons of the hot water until it forms a smooth paste.
Add the remaining water, whisking continuously until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
Pour the matcha over the ice cream.
Serve immediately.
