Ingredients
  • 2 white fish filets, cod, mahi-mahi, or trout
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pacific Flake Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Tellicherry Pepper
  • 2 tsp Two Trees Seasoning
  • 2 melted salted butter
  • 2 lemons (Juice and zest)
Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Pat your fish filets dry and season them with salt, pepper, and Two Trees Seasoning.

  3. Heat oil in the skillet for a minute.

  4. Carefully add the fish to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque and slightly browned. Don't overcook!
